For the past month or so a co-worker and I have been trying to start a sort of exercise club where we go walking several times a week. I never imagined how hard it would be for two people to coordinate their schedules- especially since we work opposite shifts and rotations. Yesterday I decided to just get started by myself after having some extra time on my hands following running errands.

Overall the experience was relaxing. Listening to the Beyonce 4 and Mary J My Life II albums had me struttin' while I was walking lol.
