Each day, I feature a new YouTube workout video of the day. The criteria for the video is simple- it must be fun, motivating, easy to do, and........of course something that will help us all get closer to the skinny chick (or guy) inside of us.
Here is a simple routine that demonstrates the basics of putting a routine together. I like to post videos that can easily be done at home without any expensive exercise equipment (great for people like me). As always, don't forget to warm up and cool down.
