Each day, I feature a new YouTube workout video of the day. The criteria for the video is simple- it must be fun, motivating, easy to do, and........of course something that will help us all get closer to the skinny chick (or guy) inside of us.
This workout can be done at home without any exercise equipment. I love videos like this because you can incorporate some of the moves in the video with your own to create a custom workout routine. Don't forget to warm up before you exercise and cool down at the end of your session.
