Each day, I feature a new YouTube workout video of the day. The criteria for the video is simple- it must be fun, motivating, easy to do, and........of course something that will help us all get closer to the skinny chick (or guy) inside of us.
Today's video is very short- less than 4 minutes long- but it focuses on working out with a stability ball. I used to be one of those people who never imagined that working out with one could be fun and challenging. This video will give you an idea of a brief overview of some of the workouts that you can do.
